Audition Checklist
If you're 16 to 28 years old, then you're eligible to audition for AI. But those of you who are under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and bring a completed Guardianship and Medical Authorization for Minors form, which you can download here. As well, bring two pieces of identification, like a birth certificate and a school ID card, and a completed Release form that you can download by clicking here. Be prepared to sing a song of your choice, but it must be a cappella (without music).
